Hi, I’m Coach Nis — A ISSA certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach with over 12 years of experience helping individuals transform their lives. But my mission goes far beyond workouts and meal plans. My heart is to help you become whole.

At Wholelife247, we believe that faith and fitness go hand in hand. True transformation doesn’t just happen in the gym — it happens in the spirit, the mind, and the body. Our foundation is rooted in the powerful question found in Gospel of John 5:6: “Wilt thou be made whole?”

That question isn’t just about physical healing — it’s about total restoration. It’s about choosing to rise, to grow, and to step into the fullness of who God created you to be.

I believe that when you train the mind the body will follow. Because that’s where true change happens and baby steps make the biggest imprints. One step at a time, with consistency and persistence, we build healthier habits that lead to lasting change. The small, faithful actions every day create strength that goes beyond the physical — producing transformation from the inside out.
